We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unworn or unused

It must be in the original condition, with tags attached

The item must be in its original packaging

Youโll need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns must be sent to the same address from which the package was shipped (as shown on the original shipping label).
Once your return is approved, you will receive:

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at moosetrend1@gmail.com so we can make it right.

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is accepted.
